This question confuses me "When will I be paid for my submission?"
It is perfectly acceptable to ask a magazine what their pay timelines are, at any stage of submission. I would be leery of a mag that finds it problematic. So I'm thinking what Sun means is that the person is asking on presumption that its already accepted when its really still in the assessment phase?
